Technicke sluzby stavby s.r.o. started the activities on 1th July 2005 as a successor of Technicke sluzby – stavby spol. s r.o., which was divided into three successor companies: Technicke sluzby stavby s r.o., Asfalt Bratislava s.r.o. and Technicke sluzby Bratislava s.r.o. In 2007, Pittel+Brausewetter Holding Slovakia s.r.o. became a new shareholder of the company and in 2010, the company merged with a sister's company Asfalt Bratislava s.r.o. and one company of the group Pittel – Pittel+Brausewetter spol. s r.o. under a common name. The company is engaged the construction operations.
