Kupele Dudince, a.s. is a publicly traded company located in Dudince, Slovakia. The company has permission to operate natural therapeutic spas based on the decision of the State Spa Commission of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic. The company has undergone several transformations throughout its history, including the opening of the first spa house with accommodation in Dudince in 1951. Other developments include the opening of the Rubín Treatment House in 1966, the Krištáľ Spa House in 1970 (now part of the Rubín Treatment House), and the Smaragd Treatment House in 1978. The company has also undergone name changes, including being known as Československé štátne kúpele in 1953, Slovenské liečebné kúpele in 1991 (together with Sklené Teplice), HONTHERMAE, a.s. in 1996, and finally Kúpele Dudince, a.s. in 2003.
