History dates back to 1994 when the company based a branch engaged in the buying and selling used car in Czech Republic. After successfully established on the Czech market, the company management decided to expand its activities in Slovakia, where it was opened first branch on 15th March, 1999 located in Bratislava. After the accession of Slovakia into the European Union began Darex with the buying a proven quality cars in Western Europe and their importation of Slovakia, where Darex BA showroom offers the used cars. In Bratislava, Kosice, Komarno and Banska Bystrica has their own branches.
