OMV Slovenija D.o.o., located in Koper - Capodistria, was taken over by the MOL Group on June 30, 2023, and renamed MOL & INA D.o.o. The company is now fully under the control of the MOL Group. MOL & INA D.o.o. is a member of the MOL Group, a leading international integrated oil and gas company in Central and Eastern Europe with over 75 years of experience. The company is present in more than 30 countries worldwide and employs a dynamic team of over 24,000 people. The main activity of MOL & INA D.o.o. is the sale of petroleum products in the Slovenian market, both to end customers and wholesale clients. The company operates its own network of retail outlets, currently consisting of 119 locations, where customers can make quick purchases, take care of their vehicles, and refresh themselves. The appearance of the gas stations will be gradually changed to align with the MOL and INA brand image, with customers expected to notice the changes starting from August. The project is planned to be completed throughout the network by May 2024. Along with the change in the external appearance of the gas stations, the loyalty program will also be modified. The SMILE&DRIVE program will gradually replace MOL Move, and customers will be informed about all the changes in a timely manner.
