The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 5 May 2000 under the name TPA Strategic Holdings Pte Ltd. On 1 December 2000, it was converted to a public company and the name was changed to TPA Strategic Holdings Ltd. The Group is principally engaged in the following core activities:
Aviation Business - Supply of aircraft parts such as Rotables and Expendables and the provision of aircraft components repair services in the aviation industry. Rotables are equipment that can be repaired and rendered serviceable and Expendables are items that are discarded after use instead of repaired.
Industrial Products Services - Supply of shelter ventilating components and its related engineering and testing services for civil defence applications in Singapore.
They have received numerous awards and commendations from customers and partners. They won the Top 50 Most Enterprising Private Company in 1999 and 2000. This prestigious award is organized by Anderson Consulting and The Business Times (Singapore), with the support of the Economic Development Board of Singapore.
On 2004, the Company discontinued of aviation business and focus to Ordnance and Homeland Security Services.
