Pegagus Asia a blank cheque company incorporated on 13 October 2021 under the laws of the Cayman Islands as an exempted company and formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganisation or similar business combination with one or more businesses. The group will not engage in any operations, other than in connection with the selection, structuring and completion of the Business Combination.
The Group plans to focus on businesses in technology-enabled sectors, including but not limited to consumer-technology, financial technology, property-technology, insurance-technology, healthcare and medical technology, and digital services, primarily, but not exclusively, in Asia Pacific.
