The Company is a portfolio company of the Sponsor, Novo Tellus PE Fund 2, L.P., established to make private equity investment in the technology and industrials sector in the Indo- Pacific region. The Sponsor Group has invested in AEM Holdings Ltd., ISDN Holdings Limited, Procurri Corporation Limited and Grand Venture Technology Limited, which are public companies listed on the SGX-ST.
