HISTORY
2007 The Company was founded in June 2007 and operated its business through Light In The Box Limited.
2008 The Company incorporated LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd., an exempted company incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands, which, through a corporate restructuring, became its ultimate holding company.
2013 The Company s ADSs, each representing two of its ordinary shares, have been listed on the New York Stock Exchange since June 6, 2013 under the symbol “LITB.”
2014 The Company acquired Seattle-based social e-commerce company, Ador, Inc. in January 2014.
2018 The Company acquired total issued share capital of Ezbuy Holding Co., Ltd (“Ezbuy”) on December 10, 2018.
