The Fund is a closed public real estate investment fund that is compliant with the provisions of Islamic Shariah in accordance with the Shariah rules set by the Sharia a Financial Authority
The fund s objective is to generate income on unitholders capital by investing in a range of real estate opportunities existing in Saudi Arabia (except for Makkah and Madinah) and generating income in order to attain annual returns for the investors throughout the duration of the fund. As well as the fund will provide semi-annual dividends to the investors that do not fall short of 90 of the net profit of the Fund in accordance with the Real Estate Investment Traded Funds Instructions. In addition, the Fund is managed by Derayah Financial Company, a Saudi Joint Stock Company under commercial registration No. 1010266977 dated 1430-04-05H.
The company was established on December 6, 2017 and statrted it s operations on March 26, 2018.
