A closed-end real estate investment traded fund aims to invest in constructionally developed properties that qualified to generate periodic rental income and to distribute at least 90 of fund's net profits in cash to investors o at least once a year, during the third quarter of each year, after collecting the rental income.
The Fund s strategy is aimed at investing a minimum of 75 percent of its total assets in purchasing leased or leasable properties, whilst net profits are to be distributed annually within the fund period. Investors can book capital gains on selling the fund assets.
The fund is managed by AlJazira Capital, which was established with the aim to invest in a variety of investment solutions compliant with the Islamic Sharia
The Company was established on January 2, 2017.
The Company was listed on Saudi Stock Exchange on february15, 2017.
The Company changed it s name to AlJazira REIT on 30 June 2020
