Neneckaya Neftyanaya Kompaniya AO (Russia)

JSC NOC was founded in 1998 by the decision of the Administration of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug. The company received a license for the use of mineral resources in several hydrocarbon deposits in the district. Subsequently, one of the areas the company has become part and represent the interests of the District in an international project to develop a PSA Kharyaga field. Distribution of shares in the draft SRP: French company Total- 40%, the Norwegian company Statoil - 30%; LLC Zarubezhneft - 20% of NOC -10%.
