Currently "Lukoil-Energoservice" is a 100% subsidiary of LUKOIL and it is the largest sales company with an annual electricity sales exceeding 14 billion kWh. The company operates in eight regions of Russia - Volgograd, Nizhny Novgorod, Saratov, Leningrad and Tyumen regions, Perm and Stavropol territories and the Republic of Komi. Consumers are oil refineries belonging to LUKOIL group. Since 2005 Energoservice is a subject of the wholesale market, working on the wholesale electricity market.
