In accordance with the concept of reforming the maintenance of the complex track facilities of OAO "RZD" April 23 subsidiary public company "BetElTrans" has been registered. This subsidiary company combines nine branches - factories for the production of concrete sleepers. The main activities of JSC "BET" are the production and sale of: concrete sleepers R1, R3, R3-D, AL-ARS, SH5-DF (Fosslo). JSC "BET" is a major supplier of concrete sleepers and the concrete beams for JSC "RZD" and its subsidiaries. All nine plants of "BET" ZHBSH produce, and at six factories launched production of the boards of turnouts.
