OJSC "Altayenergosbyt" is one of the largest grid companies in Siberia. In accordance with the decision of the chief of department of economy and investments of the Altai Krai № 17 dated 26.06.2007, "On the coordination of the assignment status of a supplier, and the boundaries of the zones of a supplier," the Company was granted the status of a supplier of electricity. Altayenergosbyt operates in two regions of Russia - Altai Krai and Altai Republic. To effectively manage energy sales activity within their service area, the company operates an extensive branch network, which consists of eight inter-district offices, a branch, and 76 sites. Key activities include: purchase of electricity on the wholesale and retail markets of electric energy (power), realization (sale) of electricity in the wholesale and retail markets of electric energy (power) of consumers, providing more complex (ESCO) services. The customer base of Altayenergosbyt includes more than 11,000 customers - legal entities and more than 400,000 customers - individuals.
