Rompetrol Logistics is a company of the Rompetrol Group. It was established in 2001 to reduce transport costs and other operating companies Rompetrol. In 2007, the sale of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) was transferred to a newly established company within the group, Rompetrol Gas. Rompetrol Gas SRL is a subsidiary company of Rompetrol Logistics and is dealing with wholesale of solid, liquid and gaseous fuels derived products.
