Raiffeisen Bank is a subsidiary of Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI), Vienna-based, one of the leading corporate and investment banks from Austria and a top universal bank in CEE. RBI resulted from the merger of the principal business areas of Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich AG (RZB) with Raiffeisen International Bank-Holding AG, transaction completed on October, 2010. RBI is a fully-consolidated subsidiary of RZB, that owns 78.5% of the common stock, the remainder is in free float. RBI’s shares are liste don the Vienna Stock Exchange.
