APT Broker SRL is a Romanian company headquartered in the city of Bucharest. It has been incorporated in 2010. The company is part of the APT group and is engaged in activities auxiliary to financial services, except insurance and pension funding. The APT Group has over 20 years of presence in the Romanian human capital management industry, providing a full range of human resources and SaaS services. In 2017, the Polish group Work Service Group financed the acquisition of 55% of the shares of the four companies belonging to the APT group, including APT Broker SRL (the other three companies: APT Resources & Services SRL, APT Human Resources SRL and APT Finance Broker SRL), the buyer being Prohuman 2004 - a Hungarian company belonging to the Work Service Group.
