Patria Bank SA (formerly known as Banca Comerciala Carpatica) was founded in 1999, a financial institution with Romanian majority capital, which offers a wide range of banking products and services. Since 2004, its shares are traded on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, 1st category with a market capitalization amounted to RON 257 million (57.8 million euros). The Bank's activity focuses on three main pillars: Retail, SME and Corporate, providing financial products and services tailored to its clients’ needs: deposits and current accounts, mortgage and investment loans, credit or debit cards with overdraft, internet banking etc. The Bank's network includes 155 territorial units structured as follows: 57 branches, 81 branches, 17 outlets. Along with traditional banking products and financial services, it offers through its territorial units, and other services for individual clients. Banca Comerciala Carpatica and Patria Bank merged under the name of Patria Bank on 1 May 2017.
