Motoractive IFN SA is a Romanian company headquartered in the city of Bucharest. It has been incorporated in 1998 with main activity only the leasing of motor vehicles. Subsequently, the company has diversified its products, having as main activity Financial leasing. The company operates under the brand Garanti Leasing, part of the financial-banking group Garanti. Motoractive IFN SA carries out the following activities and offers the following products: leasing of immovable property; sale & lease-back for immovable property and equipment - as an alternative source of liquidity for the clients' business; fleet management services for motor vehicles. At the end of 2010, the main shareholder of Motoractive IFN SA became Garanti Turkey (TGB), Turkey's second largest private bank, which owns 100% of the shares. Following this ownership change, Motoractive was included in the Garanti financial group, continuing its activity under the brand Garanti Leasing.
