Morarit-Panificatie Baneasa SA (Romania)

On the platform of Morarit si Panificatie Baneasa have been built step by step following objectives:
1984 - 1985: first section of bakery bread manufacturing profiles on three lines tonnes/24 tunnel for 50 hours and a micro production facility with capacity of 10 hours dedicated tonnes/24 particular sector;
1988 - 1989: The second section profiles Baking bread on six manufacturing lines tonnes/24 tunnel with capacity of 100 hours and a tunnel oven bakery specialties.
1992 - 1993: Wheat mill tonnes/24 capacity of 240 hours stipulated by cleaning and grinding machines manufactured in Romania.
S.C. M.P. BANEASA S.A. revived in 1996 by buying a majority stake by Overseas Group Companies.
After privatization, the company has restructured and modernized business organized as follows:
