ITC Networks is an IT company in Romania, which has the object of software development outsourcing for telecom. It was founded in 2000 with an initial investment of $ 200,000. The majority of shares of the company (95%) was purchased in 2008 by the Russian company Luxoft for approximately $ 50 million.
