The company is a founding member of the community of brokers and capital market institutions in Romania, being authorized as a securities company under the initial name of Rombell Invest SA. Rombell Securities SA is also a shareholder and founder member of the Investor Compensation Fund (Fondul de Compensare a Investitorilor). The financial investment services that the company is authorized by A.S.F. to provide are: reception and transmission of orders in relation to financial instruments; execution of orders on behalf of clients; the placement of financial instruments without a firm commitment; safekeeping and management of financial instruments on behalf of clients, including custody and related services, such as fund or guarantee management; advising entities on capital structure, industrial strategy and related issues, advisory services on mergers and acquisitions of entities; foreign exchange services in connection with the provided investment services;
