Kathrein Romania SRL, commonly known as Romkatel, is a Romanian company, representative of the German manufacturer of antennas, Kathrein Werke KG. It has been incorporated in 2000. In 1995 Romkatel founded a subsidiary in Timisoara having as main activity the production. Due to the development of this activity, in 2000 the production was transferred to the new company: Kathrein Romania. The company specializes mainly in the production of mobile communication antennas, antennas broadcast, terrestrial antennas and commercial antennas receiving terrestrial.
