INK Consultanta - Broker De Asigurare SRL is a Romanian insurance brokerage company. It has been established in 2003 and is headquartered in the city of Bucharest. From 2004 the company is a member of The National Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies in Romania. In 2006, Romstal Imex and KBC Lease signed an agreement to take over Ink Consultanta - Broker De Asigurare, and a year later, in 2007, KBC Lease, the leasing division of the Belgian financial group KBC Holding NV, completed the acquisition of the entire shares of INK Broker.
