Due to its affiliation to GoodMills Group, the biggest milling European Group, Titan, one of the companies with the longest tradition on the milling and bread manufacturing field, becomes GoodMills Romania. In 1782 Loulis Group's history began in Greece, and in 1999 the company entered the market in Romania by acquiring two specialized units in Bucharest and Targu Mures, the company formed by the merger Loulis SA In July 2007 Loulis SA changed its name to Titan SA as a result of selling the shares to GoodMills Group. And in 2014 company become Goodmills Romania SA.
