Credit Europe Bank SA (former Finans International Leasing SA) was established in 2005. Credit Europe Leasing is the name under which the company Finans International Leasing actually operates. Such re-branding occurs following to the acquisition of the Finans brand and a significant part of Finansbank Turkey shares by the National Bank of Greece. Subsequently to this undertaking, the financial institutions within the Finans network continually hold by Fiba International Holding N. V. in Romania, Russia, Holland, Ukraine, Germany, Ireland and Switzerland presently operate under the denomination of Credit Europe.
