Bcr Leasing Ifn SA (Romania)

BCR Leasing is part of the BCR Group, along with BCR Securities, BCR Asigurari, BCR Asset Management, Anglo Romanian Bank and a BCR subsidiary in Chisinau. Bcr Leasing IFN SA was founded in 2001 as a subsidiary company of the BANCA COMERCIALA ROMANA Group, with the purpose to add leasing services to the overall portfolio of the Group, meant to facilitate the access to durable goods of legal entities and individuals. On March 9, 2011 the company increased its capital to 100 294 350 RON. After Q1 2012, according to ALB, BCR Leasing ranked third on the national leasing market, by the total value of financed assets. In 2012, the total value of financed assets was of about 64,6 mil. euros. The product portfolio structure included: 67% automobiles and commercial vehicels, 33% equipment and industrial machinery. In 2016 BCR Leasing IFN celebrated it's 15th anniversary. To this point the company has concluded approximately 95.000 contracts for small and medium sized companies and individual clients.
