Armatura SA was founded in January 1889, as the first romanian valves manufacturing company with the longest experience in producing valves for heating, water and gas installations, today's portfolio of products encompass over 1,500 articles with different dimensions. In the beginning of 1991 Armatura is registered in the Trade Register at the Chamber of Commerce in Cluj and by the end of 1996 the firm completes the privatization process and become a company with full private capital. Since February 1997, Armatura shares are listed on Bucharest Stock Exchange Market. Today company is a part of Herz Armaturen Group Austria.
