ArcelorMittal Hunedoara, Siderurgica Hunedoara and Mittal Steel, is a steel mill in the Transylvanian city of Hunedoara, Romania. Siderurgica Hunedoara was acquired by Mittal Steel in March 2004. The major shareholder was LMN Holdings with 56.89% stake in it. Ispat Siderurgica was renamed Mittal Steel Hunedoara in 2004. In 2006 the Anglo - Indian Steel Producer Mittal Steel merged with the Luxembourg company Arcelor. As a result in August 2007, Mittal Steel Hunedoara becomes ArcelorMittal Hunedoara SA. Since 20.03.2007, the company's shares are traded on Rasdaq Market.
