ATC - Agro Total Construct SA (Romania)

A.T.C. - Agro Total Construct SA is a company located in Ghimbav. It was established before 1989 and initially specialized in agricultural works and repairs of agricultural machinery. In 1991, it was transformed into a joint-stock company, with the state being the sole shareholder. In 1997, the state sold 40% of the shares to the PAS Association, and in 1999, another 40% was sold through a public auction. The remaining shares were sold by the state through the conversion of property certificates into shares. In 2002, the company changed its name to A.T.C. - AgroTotalConstruct, which it still holds today. After privatization, the main activity of the company shifted from providing agricultural services to third parties to cultivating cereals, potatoes, and sugar beets through the leasing of agricultural land. The cultivated area exceeds 400 hectares. Since 2004, the company has also been involved in the cultivation of wheat, corn, sunflower, soybeans, rapeseed, and sugar beets. A.T.C. - Agro Total Construct SA takes pride in its modern equipment and qualified personnel who work according to European standards to deliver crops of the highest quality. Agricultural activity now represents 70% of the company's turnover. The company is dedicated to producing high-performance agricultural crops and is pleased to meet the requirements of its customers.
