"Rolmex" S.A. (Poland)

Rolmex S.A. is a Polish capital company established after 1945 with private capital involvement. The company's main activities include international trade in goods, real estate trading, and capital investments. Rolmex Group is a leader in the production of turkey meat in Poland. The International Trade Department of Rolmex SA focuses on exporting turkey meat, particularly products manufactured by INDYKPOL SA, as well as intermediation in poultry meat trade, import of specialized products from Asian markets, and their distribution in EU countries. Rolmex actively supports the development of the alcohol import and distribution industry in Poland, investing in brands such as House of Champagne, Wine Taste, Terroiryści, and Kontakt. The company also manages and leases office and service space in a building on Olkuska Street in Warsaw, offering over 4,000 square meters of office space and 200 square meters of service space for commercial, training, and event purposes. Rolmex S.A. holds 100% of the shares in Indykpol S.A. through its subsidiary WMHM Sp. z o.o. In June 2020, after a buyout of minority shareholders, Indykpol was delisted from the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Rolmex S.A. also owns 100% of the shares in Warmińsko-Mazurski Handel Międzynarodowy Sp. z o.o. (W-MHM), which focuses on cultivating leased land.
