University of Wroclaw (UWr) - one of eighteen state-owned classical universities in Poland with headquarters in Wroclaw, educating in humanities and science. Originally founded in 1702 as Leopoldina, and in 1945 it was transformed into a Polish university. The University refers to the German universities of Wroclaw and the University of Jan Kazimierz in Lviv [3], founded in 1661. It is one of the most important and oldest universities in Wroclaw, where nearly 25.6 thousand students study.
