In 2008, it became a publicly traded company on the Alternative Trading System called NewConnect. Since 2020, the company has been known as Polaris IT Group S.A. The new management, which took over in early 2021, aims to reposition the company and transform it into an IT company. The activities of Polaris IT Group S.A. and its Group are focused on utilizing various methods to build business strategies, develop projects, and manage artificial intelligence in the IT sector. In 2020, Polaris IT Group S.A. acquired 100% of the shares of the Hungarian IT company ISRV Zrt.
