MOL Polska (formerly LOTOS Paliwa) has been present in Poland since 1997 and listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2004. Over 20% of MOL's foreign shareholders are investors from Poland. In 2022, the MOL Group signed a series of agreements with Orlen and Lotos Group, covering the sale and purchase of several of their Consumer Service portfolio elements. As a result, MOL acquired 417 service stations in Poland, including 270 of its own stations with nationwide coverage and the potential to be in the top three on the local fuel market. An additional long-term contract ensures fuel supplies to the acquired network in Poland on competitive terms.
