Konsorcjum Stali S.A. is a company located in Zawiercie, Poland. It is the largest producer of construction armaments in the country and one of the leading distributors of steel products. The company's shares were listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange from 2007 to 2020. Konsorcjum Stali started its trading activities in the steel products industry in 1999. In 2008, it merged with Bodeko, a steel company that had been operating since 1989. This merger was significant in establishing Konsorcjum Stali as a nationwide entity. The company is a pioneer in consolidating the steel products distribution industry. In 2000, it brought together the operations of three steel product wholesalers, Stalko, Stalhurt, and Budo-Market, becoming one of the largest steel product trading companies in central Poland. Currently, Konsorcjum Stali operates in twelve commercial branches located in Białystok, Chojnice, Kielce, Kraków, Lublin, Marki near Warsaw, Poznań, Radom, Rzeszów, Warsaw-Ursus, Wrocław, and Zawiercie. The company also has seven production and processing facilities. In Poznań, Pruszków, and Wrocław, there are production plants for construction armaments. In Kraków and Częstochowa, there are modern sheet metal processing plants. The company also has a steel structure production plant in Rembertów and a processing plant in Zawiercie for cutting, burning, drilling, and shot blasting of profiles and sheets. Additionally, the Konsorcjum Stali group includes Polcynk Sp. z o.o., a steel structure production plant located in Radom.
