Haldex S.A. (Poland)

Haldex S.A. is a company located in Katowice, Poland. It was incorporated in 1959 as Polsko-Węgierska Górnicza Spółka Akcyjna Haldex, and has been operating as a joint-stock company since its inception. In 2007, the Hungarian shares of the company were acquired by Kompania Węglowa S.A., which has been responsible for waste management from mines owned by the company since 2008. The company's main mission and task is to recover valuable resources from material obtained from current mining operations and waste heaps, and then process them into certified products for reuse without generating waste. The company offers products such as coal, granules, aggregates, magnetite, machinery, and equipment. They also provide services including repairs, granulation, equipment and property rental, servicing, welding, training, waste management, and land reclamation.
