The Company is engaged as an independent pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Karachi, Pakistan.
It has steadily grown through manufacturing and marketing products under licensing arrangements with many companies of international repute and also through manufacturing and marketing its own brands. Today, it is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Pakistan, providing a broad range of pharmaceutical services.
The determination to upgrade the pharmaceutical resources of Pakistan and improvement of the quality of life of a common man was the key motivating factors in the inception of the company.

History:
2014 : The Company comprises of two plants, which previously operated as two separate companies namely AGP (Private) Limited (AGPPL) and AGP HealthCare (Private) Limited (AGPHC). These companies were acquired by a consortium led by OBS Pakistan (Private) Limited through an SPV namely Appollo Pharma Limited (APL) in July 2014.
2015: AGP Limited (Formerly Appollo Pharma Limited) was created subsequent to merger/ amalgamation of AGPPL and AGPHC with and into APL in December 2015.
2015 : APL was subsequently renamed to AGP Limited.
2018 : The Company was listed in Pakistan Stock Exchange on March 5, 2018.
