Nexgen Energy Corp. (Philippines)

NexGen Energy Corp., formerly known as Just Solar Corp., was established as the wind and solar power development arm of Pure Energy Holdings Corporation (PEHC). NexGen operates through three main subsidiaries: SPARC-Solar Powered Agri-rural Communities Corporation, which manages three solar plants with a combined capacity of 13.86 Megawatts-peak (MWp); 5Hour Peak Energy Corp., which has a pipeline of up to 353 MWp of solar projects; and Airstream Renewables Corp., which is developing up to 1,330 Megawatts (MW) of onshore and offshore wind projects. PEHC, NexGen's parent company, is a holding company dedicated to investing in essential resources to promote the country's developmental growth, particularly through renewable energy and clean water solutions. PEHC's portfolio includes assets in hydropower, solar, wind, geothermal, bulk water, and distribution facilities.
