Minera Pampa de Cobre, is considered among the young mining companies in Peru, began work extraction in January 2006, in Chapi Mine, located in the Chapel district, region Monpeagua. Pampa de Cobre, is 100% subsidiary of the group Milpo. Since March 2008, the company has the electrowinning plant, with a maximum capacity of 27 tonnes of copper cathodes AA. Among the main investments of the company stand out, clearing Phase II pit Cuprite.
