Crediscotia Financiera, is a subsidiary of Scotiabank Peru. The company formally began operations in February 2009, assuming the operations of Banco del Trabajo. Crediscotia, specializes in the microcredit segment, with particular focus on retail lending and consumer loans. The main products offered by the Financial are focused in three groups: a) small and micro businesses, b) availability of allied groups c) own channel customers. Crediescotia has been listed on the Lima Stock Exchange since 1994.
