Cartavio S.A.A, before Complejo Agroindustrial Cartavio S.A.A, is a subsidiary of Corporacion Azucarera del Peru S.A, which in turn belongs to Grupo Gloria. Cartavio is dedicated to cultivation, processing and industrialization of sugarcane and the marketing of products in its core business: sugars (white, refined and blonde), alcohols, molasses, bagasse fiber, etc. Sugar accounts for 70% of sales of the company. The company has been listed on the Lima Stock Exchange since 1997 and distributes 40% of its exports to the Netherlands, followed by Colombia and the United States.
