Oman Fisheries Company SAOG (OFC) is a company located in Ruwi, Oman. It was formed by the Royal Decree on 87/79 issued by His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said, merging Oman National Fisheries with Oman Fisheries Co. OFC started its operation on April 2, 1989. The company is listed on the Muscat Stock Exchange and regulated by the Capital Markets Authority of the Sultanate of Oman. The government holds 24% of the company's share capital.
