Balephi Hydropower Ltd. (Nepal)

The Company has been established with the objective of hydropower construcion and operation business. This project is constructed on Build, own, operate, Transfer (BOOT) model having its License period remaining is 30 years, after the license period, the project has to be transferred to Nepal Government in running condition.
Vision:
With an aim to play a significant role in the development of this high-potential hydropower sector in the country, identification potential location and evaluate the necessary strengths and resources to develop hydropower contributing independence of power the country.
Mission:
Deep involvement of private entrepreneurship is of utmost importance to reap the full benefit of this natural gift to the country and thereby take the country out of dependence on expensive foreign oil and gas for much of its energy supply.
History:
2012:The Company was initially incorporated on March 13, 2012 under the provisions of Companies -Act 206i as a private limited company.
2017:Later The Company was converted to Public Limited company(Reg No. 1614201073/074) on January 6th, 2017.
2021:The Company listed on Nepal Stock Exchange in May 23, 2021.
