The Centro Nacional de Despacho de Carga (CNDC) is responsible for the operation of the Sistema Interconectado Nacional (SIN) and the administration of the Mercado Eléctrico de Nicaragua (MEN). Its objective is to schedule and carry out the integrated operation of the Sistema Eléctrico Interconectado Nacional (SIN) in an economical manner, prioritizing the maintenance of current quality and reliability parameters. It also manages the Mercado Energético Nacional (MEN) in a timely manner, following the procedures and criteria defined in the Operational Regulations approved by the MEM. The CNDC aims to be recognized nationally and internationally within the electric sector as an entrepreneurial unit, striving for excellence in the programming and execution of the integrated operation of the Sistema Interconectado Nacional in an economical, reliable, efficient, and high-quality manner, thus contributing to the country's overall development. Its services include the integrated administration of the Mercado Eléctrico Nacional, programming and operation of the Sistema Interconectado Nacional, ensuring supply security, reliability, and quality to meet demand.
