It was incorporated on 7 March 1994 under the name Sinmah Holdings Berhad and later changed its name to Medan Perdana Berhad on 15 November 1994. The company assumed its present name on 27 June 1998. TWHB's shares were offered to the public on 15 August 2000, and it is currently listed under the "Industrial Products" sector of the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. TWHB is primarily engaged in the manufacturing and sales of copper wires and copper rods. It is a leading Malaysian copper producer with over 30 years of experience in the field. The company operates in Asia, particularly in China, India, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia. With a strong financial position and operational stability, TWHB aims to become a global leader in the manufacturing of copper conductors.
