SCGM subsidiary Lee Soon Seng Plastic Industries Sdn Bhd, set up in May 1984, is involved in the manufacturing and trading of thermo-vacuum -formed plastic packaging and extrusion sheets. As business grew and demand for their products rose, LSS bought a piece of land measuring 2.4ha and built its own factory in 1992. The Company was incorporated in 2000 and is based in Kuala Lumpur.
