Cnergenz are an investment holding company. Through the subsidiary, the Group principal are electronics manufacturing solutions provider, specialising in surface-mount technology (SMT) manufacturing solutions for the Electronics and Semiconductor (E&S) Industries. The Group principal business activities, solutions and services. Which are divided by three categorised Integrated solutions - Design, customisation, development, assembly, configuration, integration, testing and commissioning of integrated production line systems and smart factory solutions, followed by Individual machinery, equipment and tools - Primarily serves Sales of individual SMT machinery, equipment and tools as well as tools and consumables customused based on customers' specifications and Provision of after-sales technical support and training services for the Group's integrated solutions. The Group was incorporated in Malaysia under the Act on 6 August 2021 as a private limited company under the name of Cnergenz Sdn Bhd in Malaysia as to facilitate Group Pre-IPO Reorganisation. Following the completion of the Pre-IPO Reorganisation, SiP Technology became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cnergenz on 7 September 2021. On 23 September 2021, the Group converted into a public company and assumed the name Cnergenz Berhad.On 24 September 2021, the Group signed Collaboration Agreements and Licence Agreements with the Affiliates, which grants them certain rights to use the “SiP Technology” trademark and trade name in their respective locations, and formalise the Company past and future collaborative efforts with these Affiliates, under the terms of the respective agreements.The Group's history can be traced back to 2004 when the wholly owned subsidiary, SiP Technology, was incorporated under the Act by the co-founders, Lye Yhin Choy, holding 80.0% equity interest in SiP Technology, and Kong Chia Liang, beneficially holding 20.0% equity interest in SiP Technology (as his shares were held in trust by a family member). Kong Chia Liang's shares in SiP Technology were subsequently transferred to be directly held and registered under his name in 2015. SIP Technology commenced its business operations headquartered in 2 industrial lots in Bukit Tengah, Pulau Pinang (which were later acquired by SiP Technology in 2006 for a purchase consideration of RM0.33 million each from Tiar Contours Construction Sdn Bhd, a non-related party), and these premises continue to accommodate the Group principal office, warehouse and workshop as at the LPD.
