BCB Berhad is a Malaysian company located in Kluang, Johor. It was incorporated on July 13, 1988, under the name Kemajuan Buditama Sdn. Bhd. On August 21, 1995, it became a public company and changed its name to BCB Berhad. BCB is listed on the main board of Bursa Malaysia since December 3, 1996. The company is the largest property developer in Batu Pahat and Kluang, the second and third largest towns in Johor state. BCB's development projects are spread across various towns in Johor, including Kluang, Batu Pahat, Parit Raja, Pontian, Yong Peng, Johor Bahru, and Senawang, Negeri Sembilan. In 2010, BCB expanded its operations to the Klang Valley and is now the owner and developer of high-end condominium projects in Concerto North Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, and the high-end gated and guarded bungalow township in Home Tree at Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, Selangor. Additionally, BCB owns the largest hotel in Kluang, Prime City, with 213 rooms, as well as two shopping malls, BCB Plaza in Kluang and U-Mall in Taman Pulai Utama near Skudai.
