Grupo Sports World S.A.B. de C.V. is a company dedicated to the management of fitness clubs. In 1979, the first sport club with the name "Club Centenario” opened in Mexico City. In 1996 a new model of business was created, developing a concept where families could train together under the same roof. For the first time the concept "All Inclusive" was introduced.
"Grupo Sports World" was acquired by Nexus Capital in 2005, and has been listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange in October, 2010 with 53.6 million outstanding shares.
