Oranzerii Hamzali Strumica (North Macedonia)

Oranzerii Hamzali Strumica is a joint-stock company located in the city of Strumica, North Macedonia. It was incorporated on February 15, 2002, and is a successor of ADMC ZIK Strumica. The company's main activity is the production of early horticultural crops, including various types of tomatoes, cucumbers, mild peppers, hot peppers, cabbage, potatoes, wheat, and more. The company operates in accordance with the Law on Commercial Companies, its own Statute, and the conditions specified in the Commercial Register. The company's headquarters are in the village of Hamzali, Bosilovo municipality, although the cultivation of the mentioned crops also extends to the territories of Bansko and Baldovci. The company's share capital amounts to 225,648,566 Macedonian denars or 3,639,493 euros. The management of the company is organized according to a two-tier system, with a Management Board and a Supervisory Board.
